Creating and saving a new workbook, selecting a cell using the keyboard, scrolling with the mouse, entering text and numbers into cells, closing a workbook, opening and renaming an existing workbook, using AutoComplete and Pick From List, editing cell entries

Working with Ranges

Working with ranges, selecting ranges with the keyboard and mouse, selecting non-adjacent ranges, entering values into a range, using AutoFill

Creating Simple Formulas

Using formulas, the AutoSum button, functions, AutoCorrect, Formula Palette to Create and Edit, the paste function button, AutoCalculate, and Range Finder; entering formulas

Copying and Moving Data

Copying, cutting and pasting data; creating an Absolute reference; filling cells; using drag-and-drop editing, Undo and Redo, and the Undo list

Printing Worksheets

Previewing a worksheet; zooming the preview window; printing a worksheet, a selected range, multiple copies, and a page range

Using Page Setup

Changing the page margins and orientation, centering the worksheet, customizing and editing headers and footers, printing without gridlines, repeating row and column labels, using Page Break Preview

Formatting Numbers

Formatting numbers; using the currency, percent, and comma style; increasing and decreasing decimal places

Formatting Text

Changing text appearance; using the Font and Font Size list, and the bold, italic, underline, and font color button; rotating, wrapping, and shrinking text in a cell; merging cells into one cell; increasing and decreasing the indent of text
