Microsoft Implementations of TCP/IP is designed to:

Give students the basic concepts and terminology of TCP/IP networking implementation and the specifics of designing and implementing a TCP/IP network, including subnet addressing concerns and guidelines.
Explain set up, configuration, and administration of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS) servers and clients.
Introduce common networking problems and their solutions.
Help MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) candidates prepare for certification exam #70-53: Internetworking Microsoft TCP/IP on Windows NT v3.5.
