Viewing and shortening the critical path, viewing slack, assigning overtime

2. Customizing Project Information |
Setting Microsoft Project options; using the GanttChart Wizard, the Drawing toolbar, the AutoFilter feature, and the Organizer; creating a custom filter, table, and view; applying a table to a view; adding and hiding a table column

3. Working with Baselines |
Working with baselines; using baseline tables; saving a project baseline, a task baseline, a project interim plan, and a task interim plan
|
4. Tracking Your Progress |
Tracking progress; revising the current date; updating a task on and not on schedule; viewing slippage and summary information; updating a task in progress; entering the percent complete, actual and remaining durations, and actual work values; applying progress lines

5. Working with Earned Value |
Entering a status date, viewing earned value data, exporting earned value data to Excel
|
6. Working with Reports |
Creating a report, a custom report, and a crosstab report; using the Print Preview window; changing page setup options; printing a report

3. Working with Resource Pools |
Working with, creating, and updating resource pools; linking a project to a resource pool; opening a sharer file

4. Reviewing Workgroup and Web Basics |
Using workgroup features; setting up the workgroup manager and workgroup resources; sending a TeamAssign, TeamUpdate, and TeamStatus message; responding to a TeamAssign, TeamUpdate, and TeamStatus message; updating the project; customizing workgroup features; adding hyperlinks to a project; saving a project as an HTML file

5. Importing and Exporting Data |
Using import/export maps, importing and exporting data, creating a custom import/export map, saving a project as a database
