Audience: Independent trainers or trainers in large corporations with students interested in:
- implementing Windows NT Workstation and Windows NT Server
- preparing for MCSE exams #70-73 or #70-67
Prerequisites: Windows 95 Administration and Networking Essentials are suggested.
Familiarity with Windows family products, especially Windows 95.
Familiarity with LAN concepts is strongly suggested, but not required.
Recommended Course Length: 5 days
Windows NT v4.0 Core Technologies and Administration is designed to:
teach students to manage individual Windows NT systems as well as the Windows NT network as a whole through a combination of lecture and hands-on exercises
help MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) candidates prepare for certification exams #70-73 and #70-67

NOTE: Effective April 1997, PC University will no longer teach the Windows NT Workstation portion of this class. Due to hardware and application compatibility issues associated with NT Workstation, our customers have requested that we teach Windows NT Server 4.0 using a Windows 95 interface.
