Technical Support for Windows was designed specifically for support personnel and power users. In this course, you will learn how to support large numbers of Windows users more effectively while fully understanding the concepts of PIFs, DLLs, OLE, INI files, etc.
The course starts with a hands-on look at how Windows manages memory. In addition, the course teaches the many ways in which to run DOS and Windows programs in the Windows environment.
